Abstract

One of the aspects of university library work is introduction of new technologies, including use of online encyclopedias in library service. The article deals with problem of conflict of interest in process formation of articles in Wikipedia, investigates criteria for the assessments of content quality of electronic encyclopedia through feature separation of qualitative and low-quality articles, and provides suggestions for conflict resolution of stakeholders and content quality improvement.
